This home is the current winner of 2 awards in the 2007 State Finals of the Building Designers Association of Queensland Awards. Laurels Estate - Bligh Graham Architects

Bligh Graham Architects designed four houses in the Laurel Development opposite Buderim Mt State School that would optimise the expansive views towards Caloundra and the Glasshouse Mountains the moment you drove into the estate. The houses were built to ensure that each house reflected the Sunshine Coast lifestyle in an unique design.

Lyola Pavillions, Maleny - Gomango Architects

The house pictured below is a wonderfully compact and snug treehouse nestled amongst rainforest in the hinterland of the Sunshine Coast. This project was an entrant in 2001 Queensland Royal Institute of Australian Architects Awards.

Butler Residence , Palmwoods - Rob Keen Architect

Below is two views of a residential house constructed by Barrett Constructions. It is situated in Hunchy Rd, Palmwoods with a delightful urban-country outlook which achieves the aim of a restful retreat atmosphere. The architect for this project was Rob Keen who had this to say on completion;

"To Butch (Stuart's nickname) Many thanks for your great co-operation and effort under very adverse climatic conditions. We were impressed with your thorough workmanship and attention to detail. It was great working with you on a job very well done."
